Buying a home isn't just about the price or the house, although those are obviously the two most important aspects of the process. But it's also an experience, and the agent you choose to represent you will be a major factor in what your experience will look like.

When you're buying your most valuable asset, you need someone who will put your interests before anything else. My goal is to make buying a home an enjoyable experience that ends with a happy client. I always keep my clients constantly informed about the process, while doing my best to prevent problems before they happen.

There are dozens of ways your real estate agent can negatively affect your experience, including poor communication (or worse, lack of communication), not putting your best interests first, lack of knowledge about the market, sloppy contract preparation, and sometimes, just being plain rude and inconsiderate.

But I can promise you that I make every effort to ensure that my clients are well-served and always in the loop on everything. In order to help stay on top of everything, I also have a Client Care Manager, Keira Davis, who you'll also be in touch with along the way. She helps with identifying potential homes to see, making sure everyone is on the same page and on track with any deadlines we're working with, and coordinating appointments.
